Job summary

Health Partners is seeking a Client Associate to manage cases from referral to completion, coordinating assessments, treatments and workplace adjustments for employees with diverse health needs. You will liaise with clients, internal teams and suppliers, ensuring reports are accurate and SLAs are met.

The role is remote from the UK with a 37.5 hour week and a salary of £24,784.50, plus a rewards package including pension, life assurance and generous leave.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient with databases, Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Case Management: manage cases from referral to completion.
• Booking Appointments: schedule workplace assessments, treatments and coaching sessions.
• Liaising with Stakeholders: serve as a key contact for clients, employees and suppliers.
• Report Management: review and proofreading of reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinating Workplace Adjustments: order equipment and organise coaching sessions.
• Supplier Collaboration: work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Financial Administration: handle costs, purchase orders and invoices (SAP Concur).
• Problem-Solving: manage escalations and complex cases to maintain client satisfaction.
• Data Management: update records and generate management information.
• Upholding Standards: comply with data protection laws and company policies.
