Job summary

Health Partners is seeking a Client Associate – Pensions to manage pension and ill health retirement cases from start to finish, coordinating appointments and liaising with clients, employees, clinicians and third parties. The role emphasises data security, GDPR compliance, and delivery of high-quality service.

You will work remotely from the UK, with a focus on efficient case processing, accurate reporting, and proactive collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

Role Outline

As a Client Associate – Pensions, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring cases are managed seamlessly and efficiently. From coordinating appointments to liaising with clients, employees, clinicians, and third parties, you’ll play a vital role in the delivery of our services. You’ll manage case processes end-to-end, including proofreading and releasing reports, handling invoicing, and finalising case closures.

Your ability to handle sensitive information securely and in line with GDPR regulations will be essential. You’ll also act as a key point of contact, supporting clients and their employees while collaborating closely with internal teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:

No two days are the same in this role, but your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing Pensions and Ill Health Retirement cases from start to finish, including booking appointments, gathering and reviewing information, proofreading reports, invoicing, and closing cases.
  • Providing excellent customer service via phone, email, and letter, using a cloud-based telephony system to ensure quality and training standards are met.
  • Liaising with clients, employees, clinicians, GPs, and other third parties to keep cases moving smoothly.
  • Maintaining strict compliance with GDPR and company policies to protect sensitive personal information.
  • Coordinating diaries and appointments for clinical staff, ensuring their time is optimised.
  • Working with a variety of medical professionals and handling key documents, including those related to immunisations and vaccinations.
  • Escalating complex cases or slow progress to the appropriate colleagues to ensure swift resolution.

What We Are Looking For:
  • Organised and detail-oriented: You’ll need to stay on top of multiple cases and tasks while ensuring accuracy in all you do.
  • A strong communicator: Both verbal and written communication skills are key, as you’ll be interacting with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Proficient with IT systems: From databases to Microsoft Outlook and telephony systems, you should be comfortable working with technology.
  • Knowledgeable about GDPR: You’ll need to understand and apply GDPR regulations to protect sensitive data.
  • A team player with a proactive mindset: Collaboration and initiative are essential for success in this role.

Location

Remote (UK Based Only)
