Health Partners is seeking a detail-oriented Client Associate - Pensions to manage end-to-end pension and ill health retirement cases. You will coordinate appointments, review information, proofread reports, and handle invoicing while maintaining GDPR compliance.

You will communicate with clients, employees, clinicians and third parties, ensuring cases progress smoothly. This remote UK role offers competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

• Organised and detail-oriented to manage multiple cases and tasks with accuracy.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with clients, employees, clinicians and third parties.
• Proficiency with IT systems including databases, Outlook and telephony to support service delivery.
• Knowledge of GDPR regulations and data protection to safeguard sensitive information.
• Team player with proactive mindset to collaborate across internal teams.

Mansioni

• Manage Pensions and Ill Health Retirement cases from start to finish, including appointments, information gathering, proofreading reports, invoicing and closing cases.
• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and letter using a cloud-based telephony system.
• Liaise with clients, employees, clinicians, GPs and third parties to keep cases moving.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and adherence to company policies for sensitive data.
• Coordinate diaries and appointments for clinical staff and handle key documents.
