Job summary

Health Partners is seeking a Client Associate to support individuals with physical, neurodivergent and mental health needs. You will manage cases end-to-end, coordinate assessments and workplace adjustments, and keep clients informed throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail with ability to multitask under pressure.
• IT proficiency with databases, Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Case Management from referral to completion.
• Booking appointments for workplace assessments, treatments and coaching.
• Liaising with clients, employees, internal colleagues and suppliers via phone, email and letters.
