Job summary

Health Partners is seeking a Client Associate – Pensions to manage pension and ill health retirement cases from start to finish, coordinating appointments and liaising with clients, employees, clinicians and third parties. The role emphasises data security, GDPR compliance, and delivery of high-quality service.

You will work remotely from the UK, with a focus on efficient case processing, accurate reporting, and proactive collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Organised and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple cases and maintain accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across stakeholders.
• Proficient with IT systems and data handling, including CRM/telephony.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data protection requirements is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage Pensions and Ill Health Retirement cases from start to finish.
• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email and letter.
• Liaise with clients, employees, clinicians and third parties to keep cases moving.
• Maintain GDPR compliance and protect sensitive information.
• Coordinate diaries and appointments for clinical staff; handle key documents.
