ABS Commercial Solutions is seeking an experienced Head of Sales / Head of Business Development to drive growth in the power and utilities sector. The role combines hands-on business development with strategic leadership in a remote, UK-wide capacity.

You'll lead an established BD team, pursue sizable contracts across HV/EHV infrastructure, renewables, EV charging and data centres, and shape the company’s market strategies for sustained expansion.

Qualifications

• Experience leading business development or sales teams in infrastructure markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an established Business Development team while actively pursuing high-value opportunities.
• Shape commercial strategy and identify new markets across ICP/IDNO connections, HV/EHV infrastructure, and energy projects.
• Drive securing major contracts and build a high-performing, scalable sales function.
