Qualifications

• Proven track record in senior sales leadership within power and utilities sectors.
• Experience securing major contracts and building strategic customer relationships.
• Ability to develop and mentor a BD team while pursuing high-value opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an established Business Development team.
• Drive new business and secure major contracts in ICP/IDNO, HV/EHV, renewables, EV charging and data centres.
• Influence commercial strategy and market expansion with senior leadership.
• Coordinate remote work with UK-wide travel for key customer and team meetings.
