ABS Commercial Solutions is seeking a Head of Sales / Head of Business Development for the Power & Utilities sector. The role is fully remote with UK-wide scope and offers six-figure basic salary plus circa 200,000 OTE with uncapped commission.

You will lead an established BD team, pursue high-value contracts, and shape commercial strategy across HV/EHV infrastructure, renewables, and related markets. A strong track record in similar roles and ownership of growth initiatives are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership in sales/BD within power and utilities markets.
• Track record of securing significant contracts and growing revenue.
• Experience mentoring or managing a BD team.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop an established Business Development team while personally pursuing high-value opportunities.
• Influence commercial strategy, identify new markets and shape the company's growth direction.
