Job summary

ABS Commercial Solutions is seeking a Head of Sales / Head of Business Development for the Power & Utilities sector, offering a six-figure base salary plus circa £200,000 OTE and uncapped commission in a fully remote, UK-wide role.

You will lead the Business Development team, chase high-value contracts across ICP/IDNO connections, HV/EHV infrastructure, renewables and data centres, and shape commercial strategy with the executive team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading sales teams in power and utilities sectors.
• Proven track record of securing high-value contracts.
• Ability to develop and mentor a BD team and manage senior relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an established Business Development team while actively pursuing high-value opportunities.
• Influence commercial strategy and identify new markets in the UK power and utilities infrastructure space.
• Drive growth across ICP/IDNO connections, HV/EHV infrastructure, renewables, EV charging and data centres.
