Job summary

Dayforce is seeking an HCM Implementation Project Manager to lead external client engagements implementing Dayforce's cloud platform across multiple concurrent projects. You will drive scope, timeline, budget, and customer satisfaction, coordinating with consultants in a matrix environment.

Open to remote work anywhere in Great Britain; you will manage milestones such as discovery, blueprint, project plan, UAT, and go-live, while coaching teams and building partnerships with payroll partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• PMI/PMP or Prince2 certification would be an advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in human capital management applications consulting or project management.
• Global payroll experience would be highly desirable.
• Experience managing software implementations in a SaaS / Cloud computing environment is an asset.
• Experience implementing one or more of the listed HR systems and Dayforce HCM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple, concurrent projects ensuring quality, on-time and on-budget implementation.
• Plan, manage and communicate project progress and milestones.
• Utilize global resources in a matrix environment for maximum productivity.
• Set and manage customer expectations on scope, timeline and governance.
• Present milestones for sign-off and ensure smooth transitions to Support.
• Coach project teams and contribute to PMO improvements.
