Job summary

UST is seeking a Workday Certified Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end Workday transformation programmes for enterprise clients in the United Kingdom. You will work closely with client stakeholders, delivery teams, and Workday partners to govern projects, manage budgets, risks, and milestones, and deliver maximum value from the Workday investment.

Qualifications

• Current Workday Project Manager Certification and active Workday Partner Certification.
• Minimum 3 years' experience managing Workday implementations (HCM, Payroll, Financials or related modules).
• Strong stakeholder management and budgeting experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent Workday implementation projects from initiation through go-live.
• Establish and manage governance, plans, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with client project teams to achieve milestones, approvals, and deployment readiness.
• Identify and mitigate risks impacting scope, timelines, quality or budget.
• Ensure compliance with Workday methodology and delivery assurance requirements.
• Mentor and provide guidance to Project Managers and delivery teams.
• Identify opportunities to expand client engagement through additional services.
