We are seeking a GTM operations manager to own revenue/CRM operations, including field-mapping schemas, lead-routing logic, and deduplication rulesets, to train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.

Role is fully remote with flexible hours (5–20 hours per week, or more). Start ASAP.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue or CRM operations with hands-on ownership of field-mapping schemas.
• Experience auditing pipeline hygiene and building funnel dashboards used by sales/marketing leadership.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: field-mapping schemas, lead-routing logic, and deduplication rulesets.
• Audit pipeline hygiene and build funnel dashboards that leadership rely on.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data quality and alignment with GTM processes.
