Job summary

Cockroach Labs in London is seeking a Strategy & Ops Manager for GTM to shape how we accelerate revenue with data, AI, and scalable processes.

You’ll design AI-powered workflows, build financial models, and deliver analytics that drive pipeline, forecast revenue, and expand customer relationships. You’ll partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to turn insights into action.

To be eligible you must be based in London and come into the office on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in strategy/operations/analytics at a top-tier bank, consulting, or high-growth tech
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Fluency with AI tools and prompt engineering
• Ability to synthesize data into clear recommendations and executive-ready insights
• Based in London and willing to be in the office regularly

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and iterate AI-powered workflows across the revenue org
• Query databases, analyze GTM data, surface actionable insights for leadership
• Build financial models translating AI initiatives and GTM programs into revenue impact
• Lead territory design, capacity planning, and coverage decisions using data-driven methods
• Drive end-to-end cross-functional programs and ensure adoption
• Partner with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to turn data into action
