Job summary

Corporate Travel Management (CTM) Group is seeking an experienced Event Travel Manager to lead end-to-end group air programs for a dedicated client. You will work with the Operations Director, Team Manager, and M&E team to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional service.

The role focuses on efficient travel coordination, strong project management, and delivering value and ROI for CTM M&E. Remote or hybrid work is available, with regular London office presence expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in Group Travel, Event Travel, or Business Travel.
• Proven track record managing group air bookings.
• Strong working knowledge of Sabre.
• BA/VA Level 1 and 2 training desirable.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Additional language skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end project management and coordination of multiple small to medium group air programs, up to 600 passengers per month.
• Arrange and coordinate air and rail travel and logistics.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure cost-effective fares and maximise revenue.
• Occasional travel and on-site event support.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and destination feasibility studies; occasional client pitching.
• Budget management and end-to-end project financial oversight.
• Full reconciliation of project accounts and financial control.
