Job summary

ACS Performance Ltd is seeking an experienced Group Sales Engineer to drive opportunities in environmental, water and industrial sectors. This home-based role combines technical understanding with proactive business development and requires regular UK travel.

You will identify and develop new sales across maintenance, aftersales, system upgrades and new-build projects, collaborating with engineering, proposals and maintenance teams to turn customer requirements into commercially viable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in technical sales, business development, engineering or maintenance.
• Ability to discuss technical requirements with customers and translate them into commercially viable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and prospective customers.
• Build strong relationships with end users, consultants, contractors, operators and purchasing teams.
• Identify customer challenges and match them with appropriate technical products and services.
• Develop opportunities for maintenance, servicing, repairs, refurbishment and system upgrades.
• Qualify opportunities based on customer need, scope, timescale and likelihood of success.
