Job summary

Envirogen Group in the UK is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to own and grow our industrial water treatment business across the North of England. You will drive new opportunities, present high-value solutions, and close contracts from initial contact to delivery.

You thrive on competition, build strong relationships with facility engineers and key decisions, work autonomously in a large territory, and aim to exceed targets with an uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, capital equipment sales or water treatment sectors.
• Proven ability to hunt, consult, and close deals across large geographic territories.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Hunt new business, identify opportunities across industrial facilities, manufacturing plants, laboratories and commercial operations.
• Consult & prescribe: evaluate customer operations and pitch high-value water treatment solutions.
• Manage proposals: deliver technical proposals, negotiate contracts, and close new business.
• Expand accounts: nurture existing relationships to upsell and maximize value.
• Exceed targets: drive revenue growth and achieve sales goals.
