Job summary

ACS Performance Ltd seeks a Group Sales Engineer to drive new business for environmental, water and industrial sectors from a home-based base in Milton Keynes/Leighton Buzzard area with regular UK travel.

This customer-facing role combines technical understanding with proactive business development, aligning customer requirements with commercially viable solutions and coordinating with engineering, proposals and maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in technical sales, business development, engineering or maintenance.
• Able to discuss technical requirements with customers and translate into viable solutions.
• Experience with CRM systems and MS Office is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and prospective customers.
• Build strong relationships with end users, consultants, contractors, operators and purchasers.
• Qualify opportunities based on customer need, scope, timing and potential success.
• Develop maintenance, servicing, upgrades and system replacement opportunities.
• Support quotations and negotiations through to order and maintain CRM pipeline.
• Represent the business at trade shows and industry events.
