Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a commercially and operationally driven Grid Interconnection & Power Delivery Lead Europe to secure access to power for our expanding data center portfolio. You will negotiate grid connection agreements, translate contracts into business impacts, and drive end-to-end timelines with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

Knowledge of electrical system components and voltages.
Meticulous process manager and strong commercial negotiator.
Cross-functional collaboration across engineers, sales, and utilities.
Experience negotiating with European TSOs/DSOs.
Ability to read complex grid connection contracts.
Based in NL/DE/UK/ES.
Bachelor's degree in business, electrical engineering, PM, or energy-related field.
Willingness to travel across Europe.

Responsibilities

Determine pathway to power in target markets.
Lead negotiation of grid connection agreements with European TSOs/DSOs.
Own master timeline for power delivery and ensure milestones are met.
Manage lifecycle of grid access contracts and compliance.
Coordinate between external consultants, utilities, sales, and construction teams.
Monitor requirements vs reality to align capacity commitments with deployment.
