Job summary

EdgeConneX is seeking an experienced Power Infrastructure & Grid Delivery Manager to join our EMEA team. The role focuses on securing and delivering HV/MV grid connections for large-scale hyperscale data centre campuses across European markets, driving end-to-end grid interconnection from early utility engagement to energisation.

You will coordinate with TSOs, DSOs, regulators and internal teams to align schedules, manage risks and deliver programmes on time while embedding grid delivery into

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, business, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years delivering grid connection, power infrastructure, or complex multi-stakeholder infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing utility or infrastructure interfaces across full project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead HV/MV grid connection projects from feasibility to energisation.
• Coordinate with TSOs/DSOs, regulators and authorities on grid delivery.
• Manage internal cross-functional teams to embed grid delivery into campus programs.
• Develop grid delivery playbooks, processes and governance.
