Job summary

Hunter Selection Limited is seeking an experienced Business Systems & Applications Manager to own a suite of critical systems and drive improvements through technology. The role is remote (with site visits) across the South/South West, offering up to £50,000 DOE.

The successful candidate will focus on administering and developing a Google Workspace-centric environment, ensuring stability, security and ongoing evolution of core operations while partnering with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Business Systems Manager or similar role.
• Strong Google Workspace administration and support background.
• Experience with Google Apps Script and workflow automation (Zapier).
• Understanding of process automation and low-code/no-code platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer the Google Workspace environment.
• Support, maintain and develop business-critical applications and internal systems.
• Manage integrations across Google Workspace, Google Apps Script, Zapier and other connected platforms.
• Support and enhance automated workflows to improve operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across applications, integrations and business systems.
• Manage user access, permissions and system security.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Produce and maintain technical and system documentation.
• Act as the internal technical lead for business systems and applications.
