Job summary

Owision AB in London is seeking an experienced Google Workspace Technical Consultant to design, implement, migrate, configure, and optimise large-scale Google Workspace environments.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, security, project management and suppliers to deliver IAM, SSO, MFA, data protection controls, and seamless migrations from legacy platforms, using Apps Script, GAM and APIs for automation.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of Google Workspace administration and enterprise deployment.
• Knowledge of IAM, SSO, MFA, and directory services.
• Understanding of Google Workspace security, compliance and data protection.
• Experience with migration environments, incl. MS 365/Exchange, is a plus.
• Experience with Google Workspace APIs and GAM scripting recommended.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultancy across Google Workspace components (Gmail, Drive, Meet, Chat, Groups).
• Design, configure, and optimize Google Workspace solutions per enterprise requirements.
• Lead or support migrations of mailboxes, calendars, and data from legacy platforms.
• Configure Google Admin Console, OUs, groups, policies and user provisioning.
• Develop automation using Apps Script, GAM, APIs as appropriate.
• Produce technical documentation and runbooks.
• Support testing, cutover, and transition to BAU.
