Job summary

Hunter Selection seeks a seasoned Business Systems & Applications Manager to own and optimise a Google Workspace‑centric environment across the South and South West, with remote work and occasional site visits. This hands‑on role focuses on administration, development and integration of key business systems to support day‑to‑day operations.

You will manage Google Workspace administration, develop in Google Apps Script, and leverage Zapier to automate workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Business Systems/Applications Manager or similar role.
• Strong administration experience with Google Workspace.
• Experience with Google Apps Script.
• Knowledge of workflow automation platforms like Zapier.
• Experience supporting business-critical applications.
• Understanding of systems integration and process automation.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to work with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer the Google Workspace environment.
• Support, maintain and develop business-critical applications.
• Manage integrations across Google Workspace, Apps Script, Zapier and other platforms.
• Support automated workflows to improve operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot issues across applications and systems.
• Manage user access, permissions and system security.
• Gather requirements and deliver technical solutions with stakeholders.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation.
• Act as internal technical lead for business systems and applications.
