Job summary

ProPharma is seeking a Senior Project Sourcing Specialist to support pipelining for Quality & Compliance, Regulatory Sciences, Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Research, and Audit across the GXP spectrum. You will build global talent pipelines and engage passive candidates to meet client demand, potentially engaging with candidates in the US, EU, JAPAC, or LATAM.

The role involves partnering with the broader Talent Acquisition group, using LinkedIn Recruiter to identify top candidates and shaping

Qualifications

Previous experience recruiting in a life science market.
Experience recruiting Quality & Compliance positions such as CQV, CSV, Validation, and CMC.
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
Experience with Workday ATS is desirable but not essential.
In-house or agency recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

Build talent pipelines for Quality & Compliance specialists such as CQV, CSV, Validation, and CMC experts.
Support the wider TA group on ad-hoc talent pipelining across Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, Clinical & Audit.
Engage with passive candidates to build initial relationships.
Work to build global talent pipelines where demand is needed.
Engage with candidates to build initial relationships with ProPharma.
Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter to build talent pipelines and engage with passive talent.
