Job summary

ProPharma is seeking a Senior Project Sourcing Specialist to build and maintain global talent pipelines in Quality & Compliance, Regulatory Sciences, Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Research and Audit across the GXP spectrum.

You will engage passive candidates, perform initial screenings, and collaborate with the wider TA group to meet client demands worldwide while supporting both in-house and agency talent sourcing efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting in a life science market.
• Experience recruiting Quality & Compliance positions (e.g., CQV, CSV, Validation, CMC).
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Familiarity with Workday ATS (desirable).
• In-house or agency recruitment experience acceptable.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Build talent pipelines for Quality & Compliance specialists such as CQV, CSV, Validation, and CMC experts.
• Support broader TA activities across Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, Clinical, and Audit domains.
• Engage passive candidates and establish initial relationships with ProPharma.
• Perform initial candidate screenings and shortlisting.
• Develop global talent pipelines to meet client demand.
• Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter to engage passive talent.
