Qualifications

• Proven experience in executive search, talent research, or senior recruiting.
• Cross-border talent sourcing for senior, niche, or scarce skill roles.
• Talent mapping, market intelligence, direct sourcing, and engaging passive candidates.
• Ability to craft tailored search strategies aligned with business needs.
• Confidential engagement with senior stakeholders; strong judgment.
• Proficiency with ATS, research tools, and professional networks.
• A university degree or equivalent professional experience, with fluent English.
