Medidata, in London, seeks an experienced Senior Talent Sourcer to collaborate across Sales/GTM, Professional Services, Engineering and Corporate Functions. You will go beyond LinkedIn InMails with Boolean logic, deep-web research, and hyper-personalized outreach to engage high-impact passive talent in enterprise SaaS, healthcare tech, and life sciences.

Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, you will build pipelines, conduct rigorous phone screens, and share market intelligence

Qualifications

• Dedicated talent sourcing experience in a B2B SaaS or life sciences tech environment.
• Cross-functional domain expertise in Technology Sales is essential.
• Advanced sourcing toolkit mastery and data-driven, consultative approach.
• High-touch messaging with passive candidate outreach that yields responses.

Responsabilités

• Multi-domain strategic sourcing for Sales/GTM, Professional Services, Engineering, and Corporate Functions.
• Passive outreach, initial screening, and market intelligence to recruiters.
• Map target talent landscapes and present actionable hiring insights to stakeholders.
• Ad-hoc tasks to support the hiring process.
