Medidata is seeking a Senior Talent Sourcer to partner across Sales/GTM, Professional Services, Engineering, and Corporate Functions. Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, you will act as a strategic pipeline architect and go beyond standard outreach to engage top passive talent.

Qualifications

• Dedicated talent sourcing experience in B2B SaaS or life sciences tech.
• Cross-functional domain expertise in technology sales essential.
• Mastery of Boolean search techniques & advanced sourcing tools.
• Data-driven and consultative with funnel analytics insight.
• High-touch, personalized candidate outreach with strong response rates.
• Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects across pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Build pipelines for Enterprise AEs, Solutions Architects, and Directors.
• Source specialists in Clinical Ops, PMs, and implementation engineers.
• Identify engineers, data scientists, cloud architects, and PMs for SaaS.
• Craft targeted outreach and conduct rigorous initial screening.
• Map competitor talent landscapes and provide actionable insights.
• Handle ad-hoc hiring tasks to support the process.
