Placements24 in partnership with a rapidly expanding global technology firm is seeking a Remote HR Generalist to support international operations. This fully remote role covers employee relations, onboarding, performance management, policy implementation and HR administration across multiple time zones.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, 5+ years as an HR Generalist, and strong knowledge of global labor laws, HRIS, Slack/Zoom/Microsoft Teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years as an HR Generalist, international exposure preferred.
• Experience with employee relations, onboarding and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of global labor laws and HR practices.
• Excellent communication and remote-work discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive HR support to employees and managers across multiple global locations.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding for hires in different countries.
• Address employee relations issues with compliance to local labor laws.
• Administer performance management processes and development planning.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and support HR projects.
