Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a remote HR Business Partner focused on Employee Experience to design, implement and manage initiatives that boost engagement, wellbeing and overall satisfaction for a distributed, remote-first workforce.

You will partner with senior leaders across locations to create a positive employee journey, analyze feedback, drive development programs, support managers on relations, and champion inclusive policies while enabling flexible, remote collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR, organizational psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of HR experience with focus on employee engagement or organizational development.
• Proven track record designing remote employee experience initiatives.
• Strong understanding of lifecycle management and engagement drivers.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and remote relationship-building skills.
• Strategic mindset with analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Experience using HR technology and data analysis tools.
• Ability to influence diverse stakeholders across locations.
• Commitment to inclusive, remote-friendly environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention in a remote setting.
• Partner with HR colleagues and business leaders to identify and address employee experience gaps.
• Design and implement programs focused on well-being, recognition, and professional development.
• Gather and analyze employee feedback to drive improvements.
• Facilitate virtual team-building and foster community among remote employees.
• Advise on HR policies to support a positive, inclusive remote work environment.
• Support managers in addressing employee relations issues and healthy working relationships.
• Collaborate with L&D to ensure development opportunities for remote staff.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the remote workforce.
• Stay current with trends and best practices in employee experience and remote work management.
