Placements24 is seeking a proactive Remote HR Generalist to join our fast-growing e-commerce team. You will provide comprehensive HR support to employees and managers across multiple locations in a remote-first environment.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in HR or related field, at least 3 years in an HR Generalist role, strong knowledge of HR principles and employment law, and solid experience with HRIS and confidential data.

• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers remotely, addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record maintenance.
• Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring accurate enrollment and addressing participant queries.
• Support talent management processes, such as performance reviews and employee development initiatives.
• Assist in resolving employee relations issues, conducting preliminary investigations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and company policies.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of HR policies and procedures for a remote workforce.
• Support recruitment efforts by posting jobs, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
• Promote employee engagement and support the implementation of HR initiatives.
