Job summary

Placements24 seeks a seasoned Remote Aviation Project Manager to lead critical aviation initiatives from anywhere in the world. You will guide projects from conception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and high quality, while coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders across remote environments.

You will bring 8+ years in project management, with 5+ years in aviation, and hold a relevant degree (Master's or PMP preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in aviation.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects with P&L responsibility.
• Strong understanding of aviation operations, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills for remote leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for aviation initiatives.
• Manage project execution, monitor progress, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Lead and motivate project teams across geographically dispersed members.
• Ensure all projects adhere to aviation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Regularly report on project status, milestones, and performance to stakeholders.
