Job summary

Placements24 seeks a Senior Project Manager for software development to lead product teams in a remote-first setup. You will oversee the full software development lifecycle, drive agile processes, and coordinate engineering efforts to deliver quality solutions from concept to market.

Requirements include 6+ years in software PM, proven Agile/Scrum leadership, strong SDLC knowledge, and excellent communication. A Bachelor's in CS/Engineering is expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of project management experience in software development.
• Proven leadership of Agile/Scrum teams and ceremonies.
• Strong understanding of the SDLC and related technologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple software development projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Manage scope, timelines, resources and budgets for software initiatives.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, QA and stakeholders to define requirements and backlog items.
• Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies in the software process.
• Ensure delivery of well-tested, high-quality software with CI/CD.
