Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a strategic and experienced Remote Program Manager - Social Impact to lead key initiatives from anywhere. This fully remote role oversees planning, execution and success of programs designed to create positive social change across communities worldwide.

You will manage lifecycles, budgets and cross-functional remote teams, ensuring objectives align with the mission while leveraging digital tools for seamless collaboration and delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of program management experience.
• Experience in the non-profit or social impact sector preferred.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage remote, cross-functional teams.
• Master's degree in a relevant field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end management of social impact programs from conception to completion.
• Develop strategic program plans with goals, scope, and timelines.
• Manage program budgets and allocate resources.
• Lead virtual project teams and remote collaboration.
• Monitor performance and implement adjustments.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders and leadership.
