Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an accomplished Senior Construction Project Manager to join a fully remote team. You will lead multiple projects end-to-end, from initiation to closeout, coordinating with distributed clients and stakeholders to deliver on time, within scope and to high quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of progressive construction PM experience, expertise in contracts and remote collaboration tools, and a strong leadership and communication skillset to guide

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in construction project management.
• Experience managing projects remotely using collaboration tools.
• Expertise in construction contracts and legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of multiple construction projects from inception to closeout.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, budgets, timelines and resources.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Oversee project finances including cost control and forecasting.
• Maintain strong client, architect, engineer, and contractor relationships virtually.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards and quality benchmarks.
