Placements24 is seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact initiatives in a fully remote role. You will drive planning, execution, stakeholder management, and governance across diverse teams to meet tight deadlines and quality standards.

The role requires a strong track record of delivering complex projects, proficiency in Agile, Scrum and Waterfall, and a PMP or equivalent certification. Excellent leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive project management experience with a strong portfolio.
• Experience leading teams in a remote or distributed setting.
• Expertise across Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with advanced project management software and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of complex projects aligned to strategic goals.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, deliverables, resources and timelines.
• Motivate and manage remote project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure success.
• Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders and provide regular updates.
• Oversee budgets and resource allocation for cost control.
