Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior Aviation Compliance Specialist to join the team remotely. You will interpret regulations, develop compliance policies, conduct audits, and guide internal teams to ensure strict safety and regulatory adherence across all operations from any location.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in aviation regulatory compliance and a deep understanding of aviation law, with strong analytical and communication skills to influence stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Aviation Management, Law, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in aviation regulatory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of aviation laws, regulations, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret evolving aviation regulations from authorities such as SACAA, EASA, and FAA.
• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct internal audits and assessments to evaluate compliance levels and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide expert advice and training to operational teams on regulatory requirements.
• Manage regulatory documentation and ensure timely submission of required reports.
• Investigate compliance issues and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks.
