Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Graduate Trainee Project Manager to support planning, execution, and closing of projects in a fully remote capacity. You will assist senior project managers, gain exposure to lifecycles, stakeholder management, risk assessment and resource allocation, all while developing essential PM skills in a flexible virtual environment.

Ideal candidates show leadership potential, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to managing tasks and timelines.

Qualifications

• A degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for remote collaboration.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate project activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Facilitate communication between project team members and stakeholders.
