Placements24 is seeking a skilled Remote Freight Forwarder, Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end air and ocean shipments from a fully remote setup. You will coordinate with carriers, customs brokers and overseas partners to ensure on-time delivery, accurate documentation and seamless client communication.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of direct freight forwarding experience, deep knowledge of Incoterms, and proficiency with freight forwarding software.

• Ensure compliance with all international trade regulations, customs laws, and tariffs.
• Track shipments in real-time and proactively communicate status updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during transit.
• Negotiate rates and service terms with carriers and vendors.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of direct experience in freight forwarding or international logistics operations.

• Proficiency in using freight forwarding software and standard office applications (MS Office Suite).
