Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate shipment of goods via air, sea, and land freight.

• Track shipments and provide updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with international and domestic regulations and customs.
• Investigate and resolve shipment issues or discrepancies.
• Obtain quotes from carriers and negotiate rates where applicable.
