You will hunt for new client accounts, engage executives, and close strategic deals. English proficiency, 3+ years in B2B sales, and an entrepreneurial mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales, account management, or business development in the Irish market.
• Deep understanding of the healthcare sector or recruitment services sales.
• Excellent communication with executive presence for consulting and negotiating.
• Entrepreneurial mindset for independent contractor engagement.

Responsibilities

• Strategic market penetration targeting hospital leadership and directors across Ireland.
• Own the full sales cycle from outreach to closing and onboarding.
• Negotiate master service agreements on a contingency/no-win basis.
• Act as primary commercial contact for new accounts and coordinate with delivery teams.
• Build and manage a robust B2B pipeline across target regions.
