• Proven background in cold calling, appointment setting, telesales, or B2B sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline independently as a contractor.

Responsibilities

• Research and target key decision-makers in UK businesses.
• Execute multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn).
• Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for the recruitment team.
• Manage full sales cycle in the Set-and-Close pathway when applicable.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline status.
