Job summary

Task Talent Recruitment Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a remote, freelance appointment setter/BD professional to open new client relationships across the UK. Earnings are commission-based with uncapped potential and a realistic OTE starting from £950/month.

You identify target companies, reach decision-makers via phone, email or LinkedIn, and book qualified appointments for our recruitment team. A clear progression path to Set‑and‑Close exists for higher commissions.

Qualifications

• Proven telesales or appointment setting experience.
• Experience in B2B sales or business development is desirable.
• Self-motivated, able to manage own pipeline as a contractor.

Responsibilities

• Researching target companies and identifying opportunities using approved data sources.
• Contact decision-makers via phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Qualifying leads and booking appointments for the recruitment team.
• Manage client relationships through to a placement (Set‑and‑Close track).
• Record activity accurately in the CRM.
