There is a clear path to Set-and-Close with higher commissions.

Your earnings are commission-based with uncapped upside and flexible hours. You can work from anywhere in the UK, with full briefings and compliant lead data supplied.

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales, appointment setting, or B2B sales.
• Recruitment or sales experience is a strong advantage.
• Excellent phone and written communication skills.
• Able to manage own pipeline and schedule as a self-employed contractor.

Responsibilities

• Research target client companies using approved data sources.
• Contact decision-makers by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify leads and book appointments for the team.
• (Set-and-Close track) Manage client relationship through to placement.
• Record all activity in the CRM accurately.
