Job summary

Concentrix is looking for a fraud and cyber crime advisor to work from home, supporting callers with compassion and accuracy. You will be the first point of contact, listening, recording and reporting details for potential investigations.

Training will be provided; vetting (NPPV Level 2) is required. The role is 40 hours per week (Mon-Sun, 8am-8pm) with a salary of £26,520, rising to £27,435.20 after probation, plus bonus potential and private healthcare options.

Qualifications

• Active listening and probing questions to gather accurate information.
• Strong IT and systems literacy for multi-platform reporting.
• Ability to stay calm and professional when handling sensitive calls.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from callers of fraud and cyber crime.
• Record reports accurately and gather key information for investigations.
• Escalate cases when needed and ensure proper support to callers.
