Job summary

Red Recruitment is seeking a Fraud Advisor to provide excellent customer service in the financial services sector from Glasgow. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handle queries, and ensure FCA guidelines are followed.

The role involves inbound calls across a range of products, owning queries end-to-end, and collaborating with the customer services team while looking for process improvements.
