Job summary

Exient is seeking an experienced and highly organised Fractional Game Producer to support our team on a remote, contract basis. We're ideally looking for someone based in the UK.

In this role, you will manage game development projects across their lifecycle, from planning and production through to release and live operations, on a part-time basis of 20–25 hours per week. You'll work closely with our Malta-based cross-functional teams, including product, design, engineering, and art, to make sure

Qualifications

• 3+ years in game development production or project management within Agile.
• Experience delivering projects on part-time/contract basis.
• Hands-on with resource planning, sprint organisation, JIRA and risk mitigation.
• Scrum Master certification is a plus.
• Freelance, fractional or consulting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of projects through development, release, live operations
• Develop realistic project plans with cross-functional teams
• Identify risks, blockers and dependencies ahead of time
• Maintain clear project reporting for leadership and stakeholders
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
• Represent Production team with studio and clients
• Document processes and decisions for continuity
• Adapt focus as priorities evolve within scope
