Job summary

Jagex is seeking a Producer for Old School RuneScape in Cambridge on a 15-month fixed-term contract with flexible/mostly remote work. You will own delivery for mobile-centric features, coordinate with product and design, drive feature pipelines, and maintain a clear roadmap for stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end delivery, manage risks, and enable a high-performing cross-functional team. Prior live service game experience is a plus; relocation or commuting to Cambridge is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven production or delivery leadership experience shipping games or technical products.
• Experience delivering products on mobile platforms and understanding mobile-first delivery.
• Strong grasp of Agile/Lean or similar delivery methodologies.
• Ability to build trusted relationships across cross-functional teams and influence delivery.
• Strong communication skills across the business, translating delivery realities clearly.
• Live service game experience is a strong plus, MMO/RPG familiarity appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery for mobile-centric features and improvements, owning the feature pipeline, milestones, and release cadence.
• Collaborate with product owner to contribute to strategy, prioritise backlog, and ensure correct work focus.
• Maintain roadmap visibility with dashboards and status reports for stakeholders.
• Identify and manage risks across the roadmap, escalating where needed.
• Drive continuous improvement via retrospectives and maintained team docs.
• Enable cross-functional delivery by removing blockers and maintaining an effective delivery environment.
