FuturLab in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Producer to support PowerWash Simulator 2 by coordinating Agile ceremonies and delivery planning. You will act as the main communication hub between technical and non-technical teams, helping keep milestones aligned and risks visible.

You’ll own Jira administration, drive process improvements, and support ongoing refinement of tools and ways of working to ensure high-quality outcomes. Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

• Experience coordinating Agile ceremonies across multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to act as liaison between technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience in milestone planning and tracking.
• Experience keeping teams aligned across Content, QA and Publishing.
• Knowledge of Jira with admin responsibilities.
• Ability to drive process improvements and tool refinement.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and facilitate Agile ceremonies for multidisciplinary teams.
• Act as liaison between internal teams ensuring clear communication.
• Support milestone planning and tracking to align deliverables with goals and timelines.
• Keep internal teams aligned (Content, QA, Publishing).
• Risk management and stakeholder updates.
• Jira administrator across multiple projects, including workflows, reporting and improvements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of team processes and tools.
