Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced corporate finance manager to join our FP&A team on a flexible, remote basis. You will help train AI-generated documents and models by creating forecasts, variance analyses, and driver-based operating models tailored for board-ready P&L decks and monthly memos.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance, proven ability to produce precise documents and high-quality presentations, and exceptional written communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance building rolling forecasts, variance bridges, and driver-based operating models.
• Proven ability to produce board-ready P&L decks and monthly flux commentary memos.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop rolling forecasts, variance analyses, and driver-based operating models for AI-generated documents.
• Create board-ready P&L decks and monthly flux memos for finance leadership.
• Support ad-hoc financial analyses and scenario planning as needed.
