Job summary

Ethos, a leading expert network, seeks experienced FP&A and corporate finance professionals to train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will build rolling forecasts, driver-based operating models, and board-ready P&L decks while delivering meticulous financial analyses.

The role is flexible, remote, and part-time (5–20 hours per week or more). Start ASAP, compensation is $100/hour.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance building rolling forecasts, variance bridges, and driver-based operating models.
• Track record of producing board-ready P&L decks and monthly flux commentary memos for finance leadership.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting, budgeting and financial planning for corporate finance initiatives.
• Prepare board-ready P&L decks, variance analyses, and memo-style finance communications.
